Biography

Cyndie Meyer is the program manager of chronic disease prevention at Clark County Public Health. Cyndie’s career history has combined work in both communications and health care. Cyndie is a registered dietitian who has promoted health in acute, long-term and community settings, working for Community Choices, PeaceHealth, and WSU Extension. Cyndie has also served as manager of sales, marketing and public relations for medical companies including Warner Lambert, Baxter International, IMED Corporation, and PeaceHealth. Cyndie earned a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Foodservice at Washington State University and years later, completed her degree in humanities and communications at WSU Vancouver. As an adoptive parent, Cyndie loves to engage her audiences and share information and tools to help build connection with children and resilience for individuals, families and the community.
