Resilient Relationships Workshop
July 12, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Tired of being stuck in survival mode? Do you spend energy waiting for the other shoe to drop in your relationships?
If you or the people you work or live with have experienced childhood trauma, toxic stress, or adversity, this workshop can help.
Resilience is more than just getting back up. Learning how our brains change through adversity and how to heal is essential to lifelong resilience.
In this special pilot workshop, you will:
•Learn how adversity and toxic stress affect our brain and decision-making processes
•Assess where and how your own “stuff” is affecting you most
•Explore how compassion plays a deeper role in how we manage our responses
•Do engaging and powerful exercises and interactions to help you actually USE what you learn
•Leave with more understanding about your own resilience, increased skills to cope and interact in a different way, and tangible tools to take to your colleagues, friends, or family.
Space is limited. Register here.
